Scalpify ("we", "us", "our") operates the website tradescalpify.com and the Scalpify trader and admin portals (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the Services.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, password hash, country.
- KYC data: government ID, selfie, proof of address (processed by our verification provider, Veriff).
- Trading data: account balances, orders, positions, drawdowns, payout history.
- Payment data: processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, device, browser, log timestamps, and usage analytics.
3. How we use it
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- Verify your identity and prevent fraud, money laundering, and abuse.
- Process challenge purchases, funded account payouts, and refunds.
- Enforce trading rules, including drawdowns, lot caps, and hedging restrictions.
- Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
4. Sharing
We share data with vetted processors: Supabase (hosting/database), Veriff (KYC), our payment processor, and analytics providers. We never sell your personal data.
5. Retention
We retain account and transaction records for as long as required by applicable AML and tax law, typically 5–7 years after account closure.
6. Your rights

7. Security
We use TLS in transit, row-level security in our database, IP logging, and account lockouts. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.
